Our Team

Dr. Bill Rader, PhD

President and CEO

Dr. Rader has been an educator for over 40 years.  He earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Illinois and his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota.  He was a tenured Professor of Teacher Education at Michigan State University, Associate Dean of the College of Education at the University of West Florida, Associate Vice-Chancellor of the City Colleges of Chicago, and Dean of the School of Professional Studies at Metropolitan State College of Denver.  In addition to being President of the Rader Group, Dr. Rader served as a founder of Aspen Ridge Preparatory School in Erie, Colorado.


Dr. Allison Schnell, EdD

Vice President

Dr. Schnell holds a Doctorate in Educational Studies Innovation and Education Reform from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Elementary Education with an Emphasis in Speech Communication from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a certified teacher and school administrator within the state of Florida. She taught elementary school for several years at a high-performing charter school in Florida and founded Aspen Ridge Preparatory School, a PreK-8 charter school, in Erie, Colorado in 2009.  Dr. Schnell served as the President of the Board of Directors of Aspen Ridge Preparatory School for four years, managing school operations before relocating back to Florida.   


Ray Sansom, EdS

Vice President for Administration and Professional Development

Mr. Sansom holds on Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.  He also has a B. S. Degree in Political Science from The Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.  He has served as Principal of the Learning Academy of Santa Rosa,  a Dean of Students at the Okaloosa Academy, the Director of Community Affairs and Executive Director of the Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation for the Okaloosa School District, and also worked as an Okaloosa County Commissioner, serving from 1992-2000.  Mr. Sansom was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2002 and in 2008, he became the 84th Florida Speaker of the House.  Mr. Sansom oversees the administrative staff at each of the school sites.  He is a certified Trauma Specialist, providing professional development to faculty and staff at each of the school sites we serve.  

Elizabeth Daters, MBA

Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Daters serves as the Human Resources Manager for The Rader Group.  She is responsible for overseeing human resource policies and processes and providing general human resources support for all schools under contract with The Rader Group.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhodes College. Prior to joining The Rader Group, Elizabeth has held positions in a variety of HR functional areas, as well as management and finance. She is a native Arkansan and recent transplant who is excited to make Florida home.   


Kara Griffin

Accounting Manager

Mrs. Griffin obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University. Prior to joining The Rader Group, she had six years of experience as a property manager and worked in income revenue disbursement.  Mrs. Griffin spent her first two years at The Rader Group as the Finance and HR Administrator, responsible for payroll operations, accounts payable procedures, and general HR assistance.  In her current position as the Accounting Manager, Mrs. Griffin works closely with each school and district to ensure financial compliance and oversees all accounting procedures in our office.  

Jessica Yopp, MBA

Accounting and HR Administrator

Mrs. Yopp obtained her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from South University. Prior to joining the Rader group, she had seven years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and management. She is a native of Georgia but has made Florida her home in recent years. In her current position as the Accounting and HR Administrator, Mrs. Yopp is responsible for payroll and accounts payable operations, procedures, and general HR assistance.
